Notes from Pawfect Match Rescue

Goldie | 2 years old | Good with Dogs | Good with Kids | House trained | Goldie was appropriately named for her sweet personality. She is a very silly but loving young dog. She can be shy, but once she warms up, loves her people. She loves to do a little dance before she gets pets. Goldie loves her foster siblings and would loveee to have a doggy friend or two to play with. She would play with her doggy friends all day if we let her. She loves to be outside and gets her beautiful coat color from charging in the sun all day! Goldie is amazing with kids! She has seen a cat and handled it well but has never officially met a cat. Goldie would love a house with a fenced in yard, but it isn't required. She does well with a 4 foot fence or taller. She is crate trained, but doesn't need to be crated. Goldie is an amazing dog and will make a great family member! Apply for this sweet girl today!

The adoption fee is $400, which covers vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet. All dogs receive a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age. Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue's best guess and not guaranteed. Please go to https://www.pawfectmatch.org/animals/search? and search on the dog name to see more photos, browse the profile, and complete an application!

Can't adopt right now? Pawfect Match Rescue is looking for a foster home for Goldie. Fostering is short-term, and the rescue usually covers food and vet care. Ask them about it.

What happens next

  1. Contact Pawfect Match Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Pawfect Match Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
