Hi, my name is Elsa. I’m sure you can tell from my picture that I’m as friendly a dog as you’ll ever meet. All I want to do is to love you and play, play, play! I was found on the streets with my buddy Coco. We had fun hanging out but I know the best thing for us is to have been rescued and brought to M’Shoogys. Here, we can be safe until we find a home. I wish you would come meet me and see what a great girl I am. I’m not too big, or too small; I’m just right – right for you!
