Notes from The Animal Rescue Alliance

Please visit our web site at https://tarasdream.org/adopt to fill out an adoption application for this pet and for more info about our adoption process.

Artemis is a very sweet 3 year old husky mix with blue and brown eyes. She loves curling up with her people on the couch for 'cuddles' (her favorite word). She's not a rough and tumble pup and much prefers cozy vibes. She's very smart and quickly picks up commands. While an avid fan of peanut butter, she has no interest in people food and is very well behaved. She can be shy at first, but show her some love and she'll love you to the moon and back.

Approximate Birthdate: Aug 2022

Adoption Fee: $200

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming. TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.

For more information please fill out an application.

What happens next

  1. Contact The Animal Rescue Alliance using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to The Animal Rescue Alliance, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
