About MeMeet Simba, a playful puppy with a heart full of love and a knack for making every day brighter. With his silly antics—like “swimming” in his water bowl—he’s sure to keep you smiling. Simba is your classic shadow, happiest when he’s close by. Simba thrives on routine and enjoys a mix of playtime, walks (he does well on a leash!), and rest time in his crate. Fetch is his favorite game, and he’s mastered bringing the ball or toy back—no chasing him around required! He loves toys and playing but settles nicely in his crate with a chew treat. At night he sleeps peacefully at the foot of his foster's bed. Simba is friendly with dogs, children of all ages, and cats (though he’s still learning to respect feline boundaries and would do best with confident, dog-savvy cats or a cat free home). He loves playing with both people and other dogs, but also wouldn't mind being the only dog soaking up all of the attention as well. Simba is still working on his puppy manners—like not jumping, biting or pawing when excited—and responds well to redirection. Potty training is a work in progress and he's doing great when let out regularly and rewarded. Simba would love a home where he gets daily play, attention, and training, whether with other dogs or as your one-and-only.
