Notes from Mower County Humane Society

Sinclair arrived from the city pound on 10/9/2026, and he's most likely under a year old and still puppyish. He's a gangly young boy who could be a mix of pit bull, husky, and maybe some shepherd. He's a little reserved when he first meets new people but becomes a bouncy, loving pup very quickly. He has been vet checked and neutered and his fee is $150.

Oh my gosh, he's such a fun dog! He might need some basic training but is bright eyed and ready to learn. We do think he'd do well with other dogs and he is young enough to learn to interact appropriately with cats. Older kids would be best as he is still working on his manners. He has a lot of potential!

NOTE: Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org.

We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.

We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.
