Paisley (no more applications)
Cocker Spaniel (medium coat) · Adult (7 years) · Female · Medium · AUSTIN, MN
Notes from Mower County Humane Society
Paisley is a purebred cocker spaniel who came to MCHS as an owner surrender on 10/8/2026 due to rental restrictions. She is a calm and rather stocky mature lady who is around 7 years old. She's a little unsure of things at the shelter right now, but that's not unusual. We will have her vet checked and spayed on Oct. 30th and her fee is $150.
We're hoping to find Paisley a home that has some experience with cocker spaniels, as they can be rather high maintenance dogs. She would especially love a somewhat calm home in which she won't be left alone a lot. She will require some regular grooming to keep her coat tangle free, with extra attention on her beautiful ears and fluffy feet. She has done okay with male dogs and older kids. She has never been around cats.
NOTE: Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org.
We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.
