Eloise and her siblings found themselves in a high kill shelter in West Texas. Mom is approximately 10 pounds and rat terrier mix. They are good with other dogs, cats and people. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful. She will be arriving 11/28 if she has a foster or foster to adopt home in MN First priority will go to someone who lives in the twin cities metro in order to bring to a vetting appointment.
