Cow found himself in a high kill shelter in West Texas. He is good with other dogs and people, older kids ok, and cats are unknown. He doesn't seem to like larger dogs or big cats-- guessing it is fear of the big. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful. He will be arriving 11/28 if he has a foster or foster to adopt home in MN. First priority will go to someone who lives in the twin cities metro in order to bring to a vetting appointment.
