Sasha (sponsored fee)
Pit Bull Terrier (short coat) · Adult (4 years 1 month) · Female · Large · AUSTIN, MN
Notes from Mower County Humane Society
Sasha was surrendered to MCHS on 10/4/2025 due to rental restrictions, having passed her one-year anniversary with us. She is a compact and muscular pit bull type dog who is around 4 years old. Sasha is a nice girl who has had some basic training and enjoys attention from people. She has been vet checked, spayed, and microchipped, and her adoption fee is sponsored by one of our supporters.
Sasha will require regular exercise as she is energetic and very strong. She might do okay with a well-mannered MALE dog but does tend to like to be in charge. She would not do well with cats and other small animals. She did fine with the children in her former owner's home and also likes to go for walks. She would prefer a home in which she is not left alone for long hours. She almost resembles a panther with her sleek black coat!
NOTE: Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org.
We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.
