Notes from Project Hope Animal Rescue

Henna is a 1.5-year-old, 50 lb sweetheart who loves nothing more than being close to her people. She is extremely affectionate and happiest when she’s cuddled up next to you — she truly wants to be the center of your world. If you’re looking for a dog who will actually laugh at your jokes (or at least wag her tail while you tell them), meet Henna! Henna’s Highlights:• Spayed, microchipped & fully vetted• Crate trained• Potty trained• Loves fetch & tug-of-war• Enjoys lounging in the pool, the beach, & playing in the water• Good with kids (just needs reminders not to jump up!)Henna can be a bit shy at first, but once she warms up, her loving and playful personality shines. She gets along great with her foster siblings and enjoys playing, but she does best with proper, slow introductions to new dogs. We’re not sure how she is with cats. She is truly such a sweet, playful pup who just needs a home willing to give her love, structure, and patience while she continues to blossom. Her adoption fee is $300.00. If you would like more information about Henna, please email us at projecthoperescue@gmail.com. To apply to adopt, visit our website at www.projecthoperescue.org.

What happens next

  1. Contact Project Hope Animal Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Project Hope Animal Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
