SCAMURRA

-This sweet little girl comes with the cutest underbite and a heart that just wants to feel safe. She was very nervous about being leashed and wasn’t sure she wanted to walk, so I carried her into the hallway. From there, we took things VERY slowly, with a trail of treats leading the way outside. Even the play yard was a little intimidating at first, but she eventually found the courage to start exploring.-Once I sat down on the ground, she slowly crawled over and rolled onto her back. I laid down to help her feel more comfortable, and she snuggled in close and started giving me little kisses. -She likes treats, may know “sit,” and is still figuring out how to take treats from hands….she fumbles with them. She briefly showed some interest in a toy but decided my lap was much better.-This little babe is nervous, but underneath all that uncertainty is a very sweet girl who wants to be loved. She’ll need a patient person who will let her go at her own pace and help her learn that the world isn’t so scary. Give her time, kindness, and a cozy place to land, and let’s see that little underbite smile come out!
