Notes from Tyson's Place Animal Rescue

*Visit Rhee in person on Saturday November 7 from 10 to 12 at the Holland PetSmart (12635 Felch St). No application needed - just show up and give her some love!*

At 12 years old, Rhee is ready for a new chapter filled with love, cozy naps, leisurely strolls, and a family who will treasure her. She does need to lose a little weight, so we’re helping her get healthier with measured meals and short walks as she gradually builds up her endurance. Slow and steady is the plan for this golden girl! Check out the video of her with her newfound energy playing with the foster dogs in her home.

Rhee has lived with other dogs and has also been around cats. She is housebroken, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash. She has had a full veterinary workup and dental and is healthy, spayed, and up to date on her vaccinations.

Could this sweet senior Beagle be the loyal companion you’ve been looking for? Rhee has so much love left to give, and we would love to find her a wonderful family to spend her golden years with.

What happens next

  1. Contact Tyson's Place Animal Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Tyson's Place Animal Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
