Meet The dog without a name..Bodie. For the first three years of his life, Bodie didn’t even have a name. Three years of life without a name to call his own. Three years without the simple little thing so many of our dogs take for granted—the feeling that you belong to someone. When Bodie came into MAD Rescue, his previous owners hadn’t treated him very well. He had a lot of healing to do, and honestly, we weren’t sure at first what was hiding underneath all those hard years. Today, Bodie knows his name. He knows what it feels like to be safe. He knows what kindness feels like. And most importantly, he knows that people can be good. Look at him now. Bodie has worked hard, and he is thriving in rescue. Now we want to give him something he’s never had before—a family of his very own. He doesn’t need someone to feel sorry for him. He needs someone who sees the amazing dog standing in front of them and says:“You’re Bodie. And you’re home.”His first three years may have been without a name, but we’re determined to make sure the rest of his years are filled with love, adventure, and someone who never lets him wonder where he belongs again.
