SHILOH
Siberian Husky / German Shepherd Dog / Mixed (medium coat) · Senior (7 years 10 months) · Female · Medium · Easton, MD
Notes from Talbot Humane
Shiloh came to the shelter when her family was unable to continue for her medical care. She had an untreated thyroid issue and an untreated UTI that caused a lot of weight gain and issues with incontinence. Finally, after a few months of working with her and our medical team, her thyroid is under control, her UTI is cleared, and she is responding well the medication. She is independent and happy to curl up on a comfy bed with a toy to chew. She enjoys playing with balls and does well with other dogs. As the weight comes off, she is finding some more energy, but she is still a bit of a couch potato. Shiloh can be a bit nervous with new things, but once she warms up, she is a sweet girl.
