Notes from A Home of Their Own Animal Rescue
Hi, I’m Paisley! My sibling and I recently lost our home when our owner couldn't take care of us anymore, so now I’m on the lookout for a family of my own! My name is Paisley, and I’m an 8-month-old (as of October, 2026) Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix right around 35 pounds. Because I’m still a young girl, I have plenty of fun, goofy puppy spirit left in me, balanced out by a super sweet nature. I love kids, hop right into the car for rides without any fuss, and I’m already about halfway housetrained—I just need a steady daily routine to help me cross the finish line! When I meet new dogs, I tend to be a little shy and submissive for the first few minutes. Once I know we’re friends, I take my cues from them and adjust right to their speed, whether I'm hanging out with a playful buddy or a total couch potato. On the vet side, everything is done: I’m spayed, microchipped, up to date on my shots, and tested negative for heartworm and tick diseases. I’d love to grow up with a family who has room for a gentle, affectionate pup—come meet me soon!
