Housebroken? He’s just a puppy, so he’s still working on his potty training.

Rescued from: North Carolina

Story: Ontario was rescued from a shelter in North Carolina with his momma and 6 siblings. We are so happy to have him safe and sound in a foster home in the DC area now. Ontario is the sweetest little snuggle bug! One of his favorite things to do is crawl into my lap and fall asleep. He’s such an affectionate little guy with the perfect balance of playful energy and cuddles. He’s a social butterfly who loves everyone he meets! He’s wonderful with other dogs and has been incredibly sweet and gentle with our neighborhood kids. He’s also incredibly smart and eager to please! He’s already learned to sit and wait patiently for treats, and he’s making great progress with potty training and crate training. He loves chasing after toys and playing, but is just as happy to curl up for cuddles. We recently took him on a weekend road trip, including a visit to a winery, and he did amazing! He’s been doing so well socializing and exploring new environments. Ontario is the perfect mix of playful, affectionate, and adventurous. He will give so much love to his forever family!

The fee to adopt Ontario is $475. That covers the cost of all his vaccines, the collar he’s wearing, and his care in his foster home. He’s up to date on all age appropriate vaccines.
