Notes from Animal Rescue League of Boston - Headquarters

Meet Blue! This big, handsome boy is a certified staff favorite! He loves cuddling, belly rubs, and having all the treats he can get his paws on. He's friendly with other pups and loves attention from people. He's a chill, relaxed guy who just wants to go for sniffy walks and likes to relax on the couch for a long afternoon nap. Not to worry though - he will get excited when he sees you come home from work or wherever and may not leave your side for a bit but its all based on how much he loves you! Blue is a tad overweight and that extra weight puts some pressure on his joints so stairs may be a bit of a challenge for him until he drops a few pounds. Blue would make a great companion for just about anyone but he has a big boy bark that could be intimidating to some even though he's a gentle giant full of love and affection! Does he sound like the boy you've been looking to welcome into your home? If so please drop by our Boston location to meet him! Blue is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY however, we are unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
