Notes from Barktown Rescue
Meet Hansel! Hansel is a 11 year old Beagle mix. Hansel is sweet and loves people. Hansel needs a home with a fence and plenty of room to run and smell with that beagle nose! Hansel is working on house training and some basic manners.
WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT HANSEL COMES WITH FREE TRAINING WITH ROSIE DANE DOG TRAINING! Thanks to the Pedigree Foundation, we are able to work with the trainers at Rosie Dane Dog Training to pay for a 10 week Novice Training course once adopted. More details available upon request! If you would like to make Hansel a part of your family, fill out an application at www.barktownrescue.org. HANSEL'S ADOPTION FEE IS $170

What happens next
- Contact Barktown Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
- They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Barktown Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
