his is a Pomeranian female puppy She texted back and said ten weeks old and should not get 4 lbs she does have hair loss but I feel it's from how she was kept and hair growth has started coming back. She will get a good bath today and ointment for her lil legs and tail please see pics. She is extremely small and will not even be 4 lbs as an adult children who are responsible and careful due to her tiny size.
