Notes from It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue
Currently located at our Evansville, IN location Meet Mavis – A Sweet Senior Lady Looking for Love! Say hello to Mavis, a beautiful 9-year-old red-and-white Cattle Dog mix weighing 53.8 pounds! This lovely lady is ready to find a forever home where she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by people who love her. Mavis is a wonderful companion who gets along with children, cats, and other dogs! She's a great option for a family looking to welcome a mature, four-legged friend into their lives. At 9 years old, she's ready to leave the puppy antics behind and enjoy all the good things life has to offer. Mavis does need to be fed separately from other animals to make sure mealtime stays peaceful and everyone gets to enjoy their food safely. With that simple routine in place, she can settle into her new home and focus on what matters most: being part of a family! If you have room in your heart for a sweet senior girl, Mavis would love the chance to meet you. Every dog deserves a loving home, and this special lady is no exception!
