Notes from It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue

Currently located at our Owensboro, KY location MEET TODD! This handsome 4-year-old Lab/Pit mix weighs 71 pounds and has one of the sweetest hearts you could ask for. Todd came to us as a stray on December 16th 2025, and despite everything he’s been through, he has remained incredibly loving and eager to bond with his people. He knows “sit” and is always proud to show off his good manners for a little praise and attention. Todd absolutely loves affection and soaks up every bit of love he can get. He also has a fun, energetic side and would make a wonderful adventure buddy for someone who enjoys walks, hikes, playtime, and staying active. He is also believed to be housebroken, which is a wonderful bonus as he transitions into a home environment! Todd didn't choose to end up wandering alone as a stray, and after waiting so long, he deserves a family who will finally give him the stability, love, and forever home he's been missing. Todd's adoption fee is $200.Could Todd be the loyal best friend you've been searching for?
