Notes from Greene County Humane Society Inc

I have been at the shelter for a very long time--longer than anyone else, but I have been using my time here to learn all the basic commands that make me a very good boy!! I love to play with my special toy--my friends call it my emotional support toy. I prefer a home where I am the only furbaby, and small humans make me nervous, so I would do best in a home with older kids. I can be shy at first, but once I know I can trust you, I will be your best friend. I love to play in the water, and I will chase a ball, but I may not bring it back. I am being treated for heartworms, but don't let that worry you. My friends here at the shelter can fill you in on everything you need to know about my treatment.
