Notes from Wish Bone Canine Rescue

Meet Eddie, a 1-year-old Rat Terrier mix weighing 10 pounds. This little guy may be a bit shy and unsure when meeting new people, but give him a little time to feel safe, and you'll discover an incredibly affectionate, loving companion who can't get enough snuggles!

Eddie is house and crate trained and does well in the car, making him a great little sidekick for life's adventures. When it comes to canine companions, we think he'd do well with a playful dog around his size who can keep up with his energy. He may be a bit too enthusiastic for smaller dogs or older pups who prefer a more relaxed lifestyle.

Underneath that initial hesitation is a sweet boy with so much love to give. Once you're part of Eddie's trusted circle, be prepared for plenty of affection and cuddle time! If you're looking for a tiny companion with a big heart, a loving personality, and room to grow in confidence, Eddie might just be your guy.

His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 rabies registration fee for McLean County residents if he is 4 months or older.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
