Notes from Wish Bone Canine Rescue

Meet Inari, a 5-year-old Akita mix weighing 86 pounds of fluffy, lovable goodness. This sweet girl is the definition of a gentle giant, with a heart every bit as big as her impressive floof.

Inari is friendly with everyone she meets and is happiest when she's surrounded by people who are willing to shower her with attention. If you're looking for a dog who will happily soak up every pet, ear scratch, and belly rub you have to offer, Inari is ready to clock in for the job.

While Inari could benefit from shedding a few pounds, she’s embracing her journey one tail wag at a time. With a loving family, regular activity, and plenty of encouragement, she'll be well on her way to feeling her best.

If your idea of the perfect companion is a sweet, fluffy best friend who believes there's no such thing as too much affection, Inari may be the missing piece you've been looking for. Her minimum adoption fee is $200 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
