This sweet little guy was saved from a not-so-great situation by a good Samaritan and we are so glad. This little guy is a lovebug who enjoys being with his people, specifically on their laps. He is a touch shy at first with new people but give him a few minutes and some treats and you will see the real Carl. He is a low maintenance guy and a gentleman. He will even wait for you to sit down before he comes to get on your lap. UTD on vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and dewormed.
