Notes from Doggie Harmony
Meet six-year-old Ivonne, a total sweetheart and dream companion!
Ivonne is the kind of dog who simply wants to be loved and chill by your side. People are Ivonne’s favorite. She absolutely loves getting pets and belly rubs, and she has such a kind, gentle heart with plenty of love to give. She’s an excellent listener, eager to learn, and a pleasure to work with. Ivonne is completely potty trained and crate trained, happily relaxing in her crate and sleeping peacefully through the night. She’s also wonderfully quiet, rarely barks.
Ivonne is great on leash and has a medium-to-low energy level. She would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a dog who enjoys both getting out for a stroll and cozying up at home.
Ivonne has previously lived with other dogs. She has also done well around a young baby, even rolling onto her belly for pets. She appears to be very comfortable meeting new people and has shown no issues with strangers.
Ivonne is currently heartworm positive, but her treatment is covered and will be starting soon.
All around, Ivonne is an adorable, loving, easygoing girl who is ready to bring lots of affection, companionship, and sweetness into her forever home. She has so much love to share and is just waiting for the right person to discover what a special girl she is!

To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit.
We are 100% donation-funded and our fees are equivalent to (or less than) the cost to fully vet a new dog yourself. Please expect an adoption fee of $300; some of our urgent or long-term dogs have discounted fees.

What happens next
- Contact Doggie Harmony using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
- They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Doggie Harmony, never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
