Notes from Releashed Rescue

Meet Mika!

Mika is a beautiful 1-year-old Siberian Husky with striking blue eyes and the prettiest Husky mask. She has a gentle, quiet spirit and an incredibly sweet disposition.

Mika can be a little timid and shy when she first meets you, but give her a little time and patience and she begins to warm up and let her sweet personality shine. She’s not the loud, boisterous type—she’s a quiet, soft-natured girl who just needs to know she’s safe and loved.

Once Mika gets comfortable, you’ll see what a special girl she really is. She’s looking for a family who will give her the love, reassurance, and security she deserves.

What happens next

  1. Contact Releashed Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Releashed Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
