Notes from Carroll County Animal Shelter

Gelato is a 5 month old male Pit/Basset mix, and is just as sweet as his namesake. This adorable boy is full of puppy charm, playful energy, and a heart that is ready to melt yours. With his cute little legs - a lovable hint of his Basset heritage - Gelato is absolutely precious as he happily romps around the park. He especially enjoys running along the fence with neighboring dogs, inviting them to join in the fun with his joyful puppy enthusiasm. As much as he loves to play, Gelato is just as happy soaking up affection. He adores gentle face rubs, loves being with his people, and has the sweetest, most lovable personality. Like any young pup, Gelato is eager to learn, explore, and share life's adventures with a family of his own. All he needs now is someone to give him the loving home he's been dreaming of. So come meet Gelato soon and see why this little sweetheart is impossible to resist! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
