🐾❤️ MEET KODA! ❤️🐾

Just look at this sweet girl! 😍 Koda is a 8-month-old Red Heeler mix who is brand new to Caloosa Humane Society, and she is already stealing hearts!

💋 Professional kiss giver 🐶 Great with other dogs — even the itty-bitty ones! 🐱 She didn’t seem bothered at all by the kittens in the crate next to her at our adoption event 🎓 Already knows sit and lay down on command 🦮 Does pretty well on a leash — she pulls a little, but for only 7 months old, she is incredibly well behaved! 💕 Super sweet, affectionate, and absolutely adorable

Koda has officially hit the adoption floor! 🥳

And if you’re already thinking, “I need this girl in my life!” — you don’t have to wait to get the process started! 🥹❤️

🐾 Interested in adopting Koda? You can fill out an adoption application now to get on her waitlist.

What happens next

  1. Contact Caloosa Humane Society using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Caloosa Humane Society, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
