Notes from Ayla's Acres No-Kill Animal Rescue

Meet Booker! Booker is a handsome boy with the sweetest smile and a heart full of love! This adorable guy has so much love to give and is just waiting for the right family to share it with..Booker is a sweet, fun-loving pup who enjoys staying active and spending time with his favorite people! Whether he’s playing, exploring, or simply enjoying some quality time with his humans, he’s happiest when he’s part of the action. He would love a family who enjoys a little adventure but also appreciates the quieter moments in life. Booker can be a little selective when it comes to his canine friends, so a meet-and-greet with any potential doggy siblings would be important. He would do best in a home with older children and no cats. Booker is also heartworm positive and is currently undergoing treatment. While he has a little bit of a journey ahead of him, he’s receiving the care he needs to help him get back to feeling his best! During treatment, he’ll need a family who understands the importance of keeping his activity restricted and following his veterinary care plan. With his big smile, loving personality, and enthusiasm for life, Booker has so much to offer the family lucky enough to call him their own. All this sweet boy needs now is someone to give him the chance to be their forever best friend! If you’re interested in adopting this handsome fellow, please visit AylasAcres.org and submit an adoption application.
