Notes from Animal Advocates FL

Meet Cleo Cleo is a beautiful 7½-month-old Lab mix with a sweet heart and a gentle, shy personality. She may be a little timid when first meeting someone, but she warms up fairly quickly and shows her loving, affectionate side once she feels safe and comfortable. Cleo enjoys the company of other dogs and is still learning and growing through all the fun stages of puppyhood. She can be a little vocal around men at first, barking until she feels comfortable, so patience and gentle introductions will help her continue to build confidence. This smart girl knows basic commands, is potty trained, and listens very well. At bedtime, she happily goes into her kennel and sleeps peacefully through the entire night. She is only kenneled at night and enjoys having room to explore and play during the day. Cleo loves to use her nose! She has a great time hunting for hidden treats and exploring her surroundings. One of her favorite activities is running around and enjoying the freedom of a securely fenced backyard. Cleo is completely vetted and ready to find her forever home. She would make a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates a sweet, loyal girl and is willing to give her the patience and reassurance she needs to blossom. With a little time, love, and encouragement, Cleo has so much affection to give and will make a very special addition to the right home.
