Notes from Lil Rascals Dog Rescue

Looking for a sweet, playful puppy to add to your family?

Meet Leonard!

Leonard was born on June 27, 2026, to Pennie. He’s one of the larger puppies from the litter with long legs that favor his Irish Setter heritage.

Leonard is a sweet, playful puppy who loves being around people, having fun, and getting plenty of attention. Like any puppy, he’s curious, energetic, and still figuring out the world around him. He’ll need a family who is ready to help him continue learning and growing into the best dog he can be.

His new family should be prepared for potty training, continued socialization, positive-reinforcement training, and teaching him good manners. Raising a puppy takes patience, consistency, time, energy, and plenty of love, but it’s also incredibly rewarding to watch them learn and discover who they’re going to become.

Leonard will be adopted with a spay/neuter addendum.

Leonard is currently being fostered in the Orlando area and is available for adoption to families throughout Florida. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate puppy who’s ready to become part of your family, Leonard could be the one for you.

Think Leonard might be your guy? Fill out an adoption application and tell us about the home you’d love to give this sweet boy.
