Casper

Casper has all the joy, playfulness, and energy of a young, happy, boy. He is sweet and very friendly, and couldn’t be any cuter. He will spend endless hours enjoying your company, playing fetch, and cuddling. He walks nicely on a leash and gets along well with other dogs. He is a great playmate for another dog of similar size and age, that also likes to play with other dogs. He has made a good playmate buddy in Tyler, who is also available for adoption. Casper is an adorable, all white Shih Tzu, about 2-3 years old and 14-15 pounds. He came from a very tragic home, where he lost vision in his right eye from prior trauma.
