Gets Along With: Other dogs! We have tested Hefty with some of the cats at the shelter, and he did not seem particularly interested in chasing or pouncing on the cat. While this is a positive sign that Hefty could live with a cat, he has not done so to our knowledge. If you have cats in your home, we are happy to discuss with you how to best introduce a new pup to your pack! We haven't seen Hefty with kids but are happy to discuss integration techniques with any interested adopters! Currently Living at: DC area foster Hefty is Looking For: Hefty is looking for a place to call home! He would love to show his family what a great little boy he is! He can"t wait for the chance to walk with you or accompany you on a hiking trip and after he would love to settle in for cuddle time! What My Foster Says About Me: Hefty is a sweet pup! He loves people and will go up to anyone to give kisses. He enjoys outside activities and would make a great exercise buddy! Hefty is also good at having calm down time and loves a good cuddle session. He is doing well during the night in his crate and has not had a potty accident since he has been in my home. He is playful, loyal, sweet and smart. An awesome dog that deserves a great family! Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
