OPIE NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Opie Best Guess for Breed: Shepherd/Spaniel mix Best Guess for Age: 1 year as of August 2026 SEX: Male
Approximate Weight: 19.5 lbs
Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen them with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: DC area foster home
Opie is Looking For: His forever home! Opie is a very sweet and compact little pup who is ready to find his forever lap to lay on, his forever hands to pat his head, rub his tummy, give him treats, his forever bed to snooze on and all the other "forever" things that make up a family! What My Foster Says About Me: Opie is a sweet and VERY SOFT young boy. He is a high energy dog, so will need plenty of mental and physical stimulation and enrichment. He loves to come up to you and put his little paws in your lap while he wags his tail to tell you he loves you. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training. TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online at bit.ly/adoptaluckydog .
