Notes from The Little Guild of St. Francis

***BONDED PAIR***

Tucker is your typical happy go lucky yellow lab with 100 lbs of love to give. He is bonded with his brother Scooter who he absolutely loves and gets so excited to see whenever they are apart for a few. They are a package deal but they are both the sweetest senior boys you’ll ever meet. Tucker is in love with his soft toys and likes to carry them around while he happily grumbles and gives you his butt for some scratches. He is very happy to go on his walks so he can “read the daily news” and check out all the good smells. Everyone he’s met has been a new best friend in his eyes and he immediately looks for some good rubs and lovin. Tucker will make a great laid back companion for movie nights and still has plenty of happy energy to keep his new family entertained with goofy play time. Him and his brother are eager to see their new forever home and we can’t wait to see who scoops them up!

Please note that we are often asked if dogs are "house trained". The dogs are in fact living in a kennel environment during their time with us. Even if they have previously lived in a home and been trained - the stress of the change and the new home can sometimes cause regression and require some additional training. We feel that it's best for all adopters to be prepared for this possibility.
