Meet Athena!
Athena is a 1 year old chihuahua looking for a patient home to make her own.
Athena had a difficult first year of life leaving her very cautious of people. She is slowly warming up to her foster along side her foster "brother." Athena could benefit from having another confident dog in the home.
She loves playing with her foster "brother" and loves stuffy toys.
She does well with other dogs, kids are unknown but should be at least old enough to understand boundaries and body language.
Athena is still working on potty training and has likely never been walked on a leash, so a home with a yard is required.
Her new owner will need to commit to positive reinforcement training to help her adjust.
