Notes from Evergreen Animal Protective League

Want a little dog who can keep up with the big dogs? Peep might be your girl.

Hi, I’m Peep! I am a 3 month old Dachshund mix who came from Kansas, and Colorado has already won me over. Leaves? Excellent toys. Pine cones? Fascinating. Your tile floor? My own personal slip-and-slide.

I’m small, but I happily play with all four dogs in my foster home—including a Great Dane! I also play with the family cat. And people? They get my whole-body wiggle.

My favorite toys are crinkly ones, especially the long ones I can swing around. I’m still learning potty training, but I’m already making it through the night without an accident.

If you’re looking for a playful little sidekick—and you’re ready to help me learn the puppy basics—let’s meet! I am scheduled for my spay on 11/5, then need a week to heal, so I will be ready for my forever family around 11/12 - hurry, get your apps in and talk to my foster mom now!

Apply to adopt Peep at EAPL.com. Peep's adoption fee is $375
