Notes from Mountain Pet Rescue

We're told that Luke is an adult Formosan Mountain Dogs (Taiwan Dog), a breed good at hunting, Search and Rescue, scent work, and guarding property. Luke is smart, loyal and athletic...can run through the mountains for hours without tiring! To meet Luke in his Woodland Park foster home, apply to adopt him at mountainpetrescue.org

What happens next

  1. Contact Mountain Pet Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Mountain Pet Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
