PHOENIX
Dutch Shepherd (short coat) · Adult (2 years) · Female · Large · Pasadena, CA
Notes from United Hope for Animals
A5802849 Phoenix is a beautiful Dutch Shepherd with a stunning brindle coat, expressive ears, and a gentle, soulful personality. This sweet 2-year-old girl can be a little timid at first, but there's a curious, affectionate dog waiting to come out of her shell. During playgroup, Phoenix initially kept her distance from the other dogs, but gradually gained confidence, sought out affection from her handlers, and even joined in some gentle play! Volunteers describe her as smart, loyal, and attentive to her person. After losing her home, Phoenix is looking for a patient, loving adopter who will give her the time and reassurance she needs to blossom.
