Notes from United Hope for Animals

#A5796803 Al is a 3-year-old, 93 lb neutered male Rottweiler mix with a handsome brown and black coat and the most soulful eyes. This big, lovable boy has a playful spirit and a sweet side that comes out when he leans in for affection.

Al loves spending time with people, takes treats gently, and even enjoys cooling his paws in the kiddie pool! He's smart, knows "sit," and is great at communicating what he wants if you pay attention. Al is strong and energetic, so he'll need an experienced, calm handler who can help with leash manners and impulse control. He enjoys playing with large dogs but can be reactive through barriers. With structure, patience, and love, Al will make a wonderful companion for the right home.
