Brownie
Labrador Retriever / Mixed (medium coat) · Adult (2 years) · Male · Large · San Diego, CA
Notes from Labradors and Friends Dog Rescue Group
Foster or forever home wanted, meet Brownie! Brownie found himself at the Hesperia Shelter back on September 10 with no form of identification that would help get him back to his owners.
Hesperia is a high intake; low foot traffic shelter so even good dogs get very long to find their way out. We were at the shelter pulling another dog and they asked us to please consider helping Brownie. When this happens, you know it's a good dog and the staff is advocating for him. So we made room on the transport for Brownie and he made his way to us on September 19th.
Brownie went straight to boarding while we look for a foster or forever home. We don't have a lot of information on him other than from shelter staff and the transporter who all said he is very sweet and friendly. As we learn more about Brownie, we'll update his bio. In the meantime, if Brownie sounds like a dog you'd like to meet, please head over to labradorsandfriends.org to fill out an application. Brownie is located in Southern California.
