Notes from Northern California Sled Dog Rescue

Meet Nikki — Beauty, Grace & a Heart Full of Love!

At 3 years old, Nikki is a gorgeous gal with stunning wolf-like markings, the softest fur, and soulful eyes that will melt your heart. But her beauty is only part of her charm!

Nikki is a calm, graceful petite husky (rare to see “calm” and “husky” in a sentence) At only 45lbs, she walks nicely on leash, food motivated and easily trained. Nikki enjoys playing with other calm to medium-energy dogs, but her favorite moments may be snuggling close to her people and sharing sweet, affectionate kisses.

Nikki travels well in a car and enjoys outings. She is so well behaved, you can take her anywhere and her beauty will turn heads.

Nikki would be happy as a companion to another calm or older dog, or as your one-and-only, where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself!

Nikki is thriving in foster care and now ready for a forever family to share her endless love.
