Adoption fee: $650 Meet Etsy: Your One-of-a-Kind Find! Some treasures are handmade; this one comes with four paws, a wagging tail, and a talent for making herself right at home. Etsy is a 2–3 year old, 14 lb Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix rescued from a shelter. She has been handing out cuddles since the day she arrived. Sweet, cheerful, and remarkably easygoing, she’s ready to bring her signature blend of zoomies and snuggles to a lucky family.

Cuddles, With Room for Your Own Projects

Etsy loves people and is happy to follow her foster around the house, keeping tabs on the day’s activities and checking for opportunities to snuggle. She welcomes new friends warmly and enjoys being part of the household.

She’s also comfortable settling down on her own. In her foster home, she does very well when left alone in the kitchen with access to the backyard and has shown no separation anxiety. Coming home, however, earns you an enthusiastic greeting—even if your grand adventure was a five-minute errand.

Her Favorite Collaboration: A Doggy Playmate

Etsy and her fellow foster dog have become great friends. They spend plenty of time playing together and breaking into shared zoomies, because apparently every good creative partnership needs a little running around.

She has a lovely balance of playful energy and quiet companionship. Once the fun winds down, she’s happy to relax. A compatible canine friend could be a wonderful addition to her next chapter. She hasn't lived with a feline but met a cat at the DPS Safehouse and was very polite with her.

A Day in the Etsy Shop

Etsy wakes around 7:30 a.m., heads outside for potty, and then enjoys breakfast. She takes walks in the morning and evening and spends much of her day hanging out in the kitchen, with backyard access whenever she needs it. At night, she sleeps peacefully in the kitchen until morning.

She is house-trained in her foster home, goes outside rather than using potty pads, and hasn’t shown chewing or digging habits. She may join in when she hears other dogs barking outside, but she doesn’t bark at visiting people.

Walks, Treats, and Beauty Appointments

Etsy enjoys her walks and doesn’t bark at the people or dogs she sees along the way. Squirrels, though? Those little woodland distractions are awfully tempting to chase, so her walking buddy should keep a secure hold on her leash.

Treats are an excellent way to get her attention and make learning rewarding. And this little beauty diva loves being combed! Routine brushing will help keep her looking lovely—and help manage the fur she shares with your home.

A Sweet Find for a Lucky Family

Her foster thinks Etsy could fit beautifully into a family with young children or a household of adults. She brings affection, friendliness, playful moments, and the ability to settle quietly when the day calls for it.

If your wish list includes a welcoming little companion who enjoys doggy playdates, neighborhood strolls, and a good cuddle, Etsy may be your perfect find. No assembly required—just love, a brush, and a few well-placed treats.
