Meet Poggin! Poggin is a 6-year-old Chihuahua with a big personality and a whole lot of wiggles for the people he knows and loves! This little guy enjoys getting out for walks, spending time in the play yard, and, of course, getting treats. He also enjoys affection, but he prefers to have a say in when and how he receives it. Poggin will need an experienced Chihuahua owner who understands the breed and can read his body language. He can be reactive at times and becomes uncomfortable when picked up, so respecting his boundaries is important. For this reason, Poggin would do best in a home without small children, where his space and comfort levels can be respected. With people he knows, his happy side shines through with wiggles and tail wags! He also seems to enjoy the company of other dogs and is currently sharing a room with other small male dogs. Poggin will thrive with an adopter who can provide routine, consistency, clear boundaries, and patient, positive guidance.
