Notes from I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue
Meet Mila! Looking for a sweet, smart, and affectionate companion who knows how to have fun but also appreciates a good afternoon nap? Mila might just be your girl! This beautiful 2 year old sweetheart weighs 36 pounds and has a gorgeous merle coat, expressive eyes, and a personality that makes her even more lovable. Mila absolutely adores people and enjoys being part of whatever her family is doing. She has a playful side and loves her toys, but she is equally happy snoozing nearby while you work or relax. She is also a quiet girl who rarely barks, although she has the cutest little sounds she makes when she wants your attention.
Mila is fully house trained, knows how to use a doggy door, and has wonderful house manners. She is a clever girl who already knows shake and high five, and she is always ready to show off her talents. Mila gets along well with other dogs and currently shares her surroundings with three chickens, whom she generally leaves alone. She has a lovely balance of independence and affection, enjoying time with her people without needing constant entertainment. Whether she is playing with her favorite toys, exploring outside, or settling in for a nap, Mila seems to find happiness in the simple things.
Mila has so much to offer a family looking for a loving, well mannered companion. She is past the demanding puppy stage, already knows the household routine, and still has plenty of playful energy for fun and adventures. Most of all, she is a sweet girl who simply wants to belong and share her days with people who love her. If you can picture Mila curled up nearby while you enjoy your morning coffee, greeting you with those expressive eyes, or proudly offering her paw for a high five, maybe it is time to meet her! Submit an adoption application and give Mila the chance to show you just how special she is.
