Meet Badger, a 10-month-old, 45-pound Pit Bull Terrier mix who loves toys, running around the yard, and showing off his tricks for treats!

- Toy Enthusiast: Loves to play with toys and run around outside. He has plenty of puppy energy and enjoys having fun! - Smart Cookie: Knows “sit” and “paw” and is motivated by treats, making him a great candidate for positive reinforcement training. - Social Pup: Enjoyed playing with a group of dogs, especially chase and wrestling games. He had relaxed body language and played respectfully with his canine friends. - Still Learning: Like any young dog, Badger is still learning his manners and can be a little mouthy when excited. He can also feel nervous in shelter hallways, but treats help him keep moving.

Badger could thrive with a well-matched dog who enjoys playful wrestling or as a solo pup with opportunities to make dog friends. He’s looking for a family ready to give a young dog the time, patience, training, and enrichment he needs to grow into a wonderful companion!
