Notes from Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno
USHER — Black Male Lab Mix, 5 Months, 45 lbs. Hi, I’m Usher! I have a smile that will melt your heart — and I am absolutely OBSESSED with water! If it splashes, I’m in it! Kiddie pool? YES. Hose? YES. Sprinkler? Absolutely! If there’s water involved, count me in. I was born into rescue after our amazing momma was saved from a local shelter by these incredible folks at Lab Rescue. My Passions: WATER, toys, fetch, and then plenty of snuggles to recharge. House Manners: I’m completely potty trained, use the doggy door like a pro, have free roam of the house, and I’m crate familiar. My Vibe: Goofy, happy, playful and ready to make you laugh. I’m a classic Lab — I love people, love having fun, and think just about everything is an adventure. Kids & Cats: Unknown. I’m still a puppy learning about the world. I’m looking for an active family who will let me enjoy my favorite thing — WATER — throw a ball (or 100), and then let me settle in beside you as a soft, velvety house hippo. If you’re looking for a fun, smart, water-loving best friend who is already potty trained, I just might be your dream boy. Apply at: www.labrescuefresno.org and ask for Usher!!!
