Notes from Sacramento County Animal Care and Regulation
Meet Joaquin, the floppy-eared Husky with a face that’s sure to make you smile ! This sweet, silly boy is around 4 years old and has a playful personality with plenty of charm. He’s been participating in playgroups and is working on his manners, including perfecting his sit and learning to take treats gently. When he offers you his paw, don’t be surprised if he gives you both paws at once ! ( It’s pretty adorable ). Joaquin thinks toys are kind of cool, enjoys a little fetch, and might even surprise you with a tongue-out grin or a big face lick ! He’s potty- trained and loves getting out for a walk, where he can stretch his legs and sniff all the interesting smells along the way. He’s not much of a fan of hot weather, though, so cooler days are his kind of thing. If you’re looking for a fun-loving companion with floppy ears, a goofy side, and lots of personality, Joaquin might just be your guy !Joaquin has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home.
