Less Kennel, More Adventure! Meet Riddler—Smart Cookie Seeking a Forever HomeAt just 9 months old, Riddler has been waiting for his forever home since late August. He's battled a doggie cold, endured 10 days of isolation, and discovered that four walls and no playtime are NOT a puppy's idea of fun! This smart, playful boy loves chasing stuffies, although bringing them back and `drop it` are still works in progress. But pull out a treat and suddenly he's all business! Riddler will abandon his toy, sit politely, and give you his very best `I'm listening!` stare. He's VERY treat motivated and eager to learn. He also enjoys sniffy adventures and walks nicely on leash. Riddler has plenty of puppy energy and would thrive with structure, continued training, and lots of opportunities to play and explore. He may prefer not to share his prized toys with canine housemates, so thoughtful introductions and toy management are important. A busy shelter is no place for a young pup to grow up. Riddler is ready to trade kennel walls for a home, a little guidance, and someone who will help him become the wonderful dog he's meant to be. A little chaos, a lot of love, and endless potential! Riddler has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match! Check out his playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
